All items purchased from Thobestop.com are subject to these terms & conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order and if you have any doubt or queries relating to these terms and conditions, please e-mail our customer services team.

Thobestop.com will disclose personally identifiable information without your permission when required by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to investigate or protect against suspected criminal activities to our customers, visitors, associates, or property (including this site), or to others.
Pricing, Discounts, and Order Fulfilment
Thobestop.com endeavours to make all website pricing correct. In the event of information being published incorrectly, for example, a product listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or error in pricing information, Thobestop.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore, after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfillment process, and you are not able to cancel or adjust the order.
At Thobe Stop UK, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, including occasional discounts and promotions. However, we reserve the right to modify or remove these discounts at any given time without prior notice. While we aim to maintain the accuracy of all promotional information on our website, unforeseen circumstances or changes in business conditions may necessitate the alteration or withdrawal of discounts. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we endeavor to offer you exceptional products and services.
Customer refunds for canceled item(s)
Any orders containing out of stock items will be either fully refunded or partially refunded within 7 days of the order being placed.
Orders are refunded to account details processed on the confirmation order.
Gift Cards/Vouchers
Gift vouchers have a one-year validity from the purchase date.
Returns Policy
We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will be eligible for a size exchange or refund, as long as the item you are returning is in its original condition. Please be advised that items that are dirty or marked cannot be returned unless a product has a manufacturer's fault. All returned products need to packed safely in a box, mailing bag, plastic bag or any suitable protective packaging. Please return the items with their tags on and in their original branded packaging. To speed up processing time, we recommend including your original packing slip (despatch note) in your parcel. Please ensure to not remove the tags of your items unless you are sure you wish to keep them. If you remove the tag(s), we may not accept your return (unless faulty). Please note EU customers are responsible for the cost of a refund. We do not except exchanges on EU orders, you will need to return the item and place another order.
If you decide to return any item(s), please repack your item(s) in its original packaging and fill in the back of your dispatch note (returns form) which we include in every customer order. Affix a label to your parcel, ensuring it covers/hides your name/address in case you are using the original shipment box to return the parcel. This is a recommended step to prevent the parcel from being returned back to you.

Please allow up to 28 days once you have returned your parcel for the refund to be credited or your exchange to be processed. We will contact you by email once the returned items are successfully received & processed.
Faulty Items / Incorrect Item Delivered
We inspect all our products before despatch to ensure you get the perfect outfit, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty or a wrong product, please contact us at service@thobestop.com so we can help you resolve the matter as quick as possible.
Postage
All return postage cost are to be covered for by the customer. Thobestop.com does not provide free returns postage service. Additionally, we advise you ask your local post office (or your preferred courier company) to provide you with tracking options when returning any items to us as the sender is responsible for any loss or damage of the returned goods.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your information from loss, misuse or alteration.
